1. Who we are
Artoprime PressFlow is a SaaS ERP platform operated by Artoprime Publicity and Advertising W.L.L.(“Artoprime”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
Artoprime PressFlow provides tools for managing quotations, jobs, invoices, deliveries, inventory, HR, payroll, and accounting for printing businesses. We provide the service on a subscription basis.
3. Account & acceptable use
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must not: use the service for unlawful purposes; commit fraud or send spam; infringe third-party intellectual property; interfere with the security of the service (malware, scraping, probing); or attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service.
4. Intellectual property
Artoprime retains all rights, title, and interest in the service, including software, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of your subscription.
5. Service level
We work hard to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided “as is” and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Payments, billing & subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, renewal, cancellation, tax, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Billing page; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days; afterwards it may be deleted.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar, unless a mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
