1. Who we are
Artoprime Publicity and Advertising W.L.L. (“Artoprime”, “we”) operates Artoprime PressFlow and is the data controller for personal data processed through the service.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — name, email, password hash, country, company.
- Business data you enter — clients, quotations, jobs, invoices, employees, payroll records, inventory, accounting entries.
- Usage and telemetry — pages visited, actions taken, device, browser, approximate IP-based location.
- Support communications — messages you send us.
3. How we use it
- Provide and maintain the service (legal basis: performance of contract).
- Authenticate users, secure accounts, prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
- Improve the product and fix bugs (legitimate interests).
- Send transactional emails about your account (performance of contract).
- Comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).
4. Who we share it with
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, manages subscriptions, calculates tax, and handles billing inquiries on our behalf. See Paddle’s privacy policy.
- Hosting & infrastructure — cloud providers that host the application and database.
- Analytics & monitoring — service providers that help us understand usage and detect errors.
- Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers, where necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Personal data may be processed outside your country of residence by our service providers. Where required, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to safeguard transfers.
6. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After account deletion, we delete or anonymise personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, tax records).
7. Your rights
Subject to local law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict our processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. 8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use marketing cookies.
